Refund Policy

This Policy applies to paid Mindservicepath briefings, studio enrollments, and extended household packages confirmed by invoice.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when you cancel within the timeframes below and meet the conditions for full or partial return. Change-of-mind after substantial material delivery is limited.

Timeframe

Arrival Brief (single session): full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. Inside 72 hours, 50% refund unless we cancel.
Job Move Studio / Household Settlement: full refund within 7 days of payment if no live session has occurred and no downloadable worksheet pack has been unlocked. After the first live session, a partial refund of unused modules may apply at our discretion, typically capped at 40% of fees paid.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full refunds require unused services and written notice to hello@mindservicepath.digital. Partial refunds account for sessions delivered, custom calendar work already prepared, and payment processing costs.

Non-refundable items

Downloaded worksheet packs, third-party booking fees we cannot recover, and completed one-to-one sessions are non-refundable. Promotional add-ons marked “final sale” in your invoice are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email hello@mindservicepath.digital with your invoice number, booking date, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and state whether a full or partial refund applies.

Processing time

Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days of approval.

Refund method

Funds return to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may be used if the original method is unavailable; you may need to provide IBAN details.

Cancellation by Mindservicepath

If we cancel a session or cohort and cannot reschedule within 21 days, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights under German and EU law remain unaffected. If mandatory cooling-off rights apply to your distance contract, those rights prevail over this Policy where they are more favorable to you.
